This begins with a young Cinderella with her father alive until his marriage to the evil Lady Tremaine who has her two stepsisters. He dies later on and she cries for him. As she grows up, during a song called "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes", she gets dressed with the help of the birds and the mice including Jaq and Gus.
